The rates shown include Florida state tax. All bookings will be required to pay a cleaning fee of US$65 plus tax (US$72.80) upon leaving the condo. Please note that upon arrival a US$200 refundable deposit is required (to guard against breakages). Upon booking a 10%-30% deposit will be required.
